once you have installed all your components refix the side pannel, plug in your keyboard and mouse, hook your new PC up to your monitor and speakers and insert the power cable. switch on the PC and open up your CD drive. Insert your operating system disk and follow the on screen instructions. Once your OS is installed and you have been through all the restarts etc, you can begin installing the drivers for your motherboard. Again insert the CD and follow the instructions and choosing which options you want etc etc. Once this is complete do the same for the GPU and so on. When all drivers are installed you are basically ready to go.
You can now connect your new PC to the internet and check for updates, install your new games and start playing.
